Q: How quickly can you have a caregiver to my residence?


A: We understand that due to circumstances beyond your control you may need the rapid response of a caregiver. We are on-call 24/7 and it is customary to have someone in your home within a four hour window.  Some limitations as to traffic and distance apply.  


Q: What is the minimum amount of hours of service per day?


A:  We require a four hour minimum for services.  From 30 minutes to 24 hours a day, we are here for you! 


Q: How do you supervise your Caregivers?


A: We inspire a culture of excellence at AGL Caregivers by consistent monitoring and conducting random checks on our caregivers. Additionally we hold weekly meetings with all our caregivers and listen to patient/family feedback in order to continue our high quality of service.

Q: What happens if my caregiver gets sick?


A: At AGL Caregivers we work as a team, so if one caregiver is ill, we make every effort to make another team member available to meet your home care needs.


Q: What are your rates?


​A: Our rates begin at $23.00 per hour for most patients but can vary depending on the services requested by your family.  Please contact us for more details.  


Q: How are Caregivers selected?


A: We inspire a culture of excellence at AGL Caregivers by taking firm and definitive steps in our hiring process.  Only caregivers with a minimum of two years experience are considered along with a rigorous background check.  


Q: Can I always get the same Caregiver?


​A: We feel the client/caregiver bond is very important and we will make every effort to accommodate our clients with the same caregiver.


Q: Do you provide senior services to those in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?


​A: Yes, we provide in residence caregivers for companionship in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
